Put a feed on your website
Most website builders (WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow) have an RSS block: paste the feed address into it. For a ready-made box of a stock's latest insider trades, use the free widget.
Examples
A newsletter writer who covers bank stocks can add the insider buying feed to Slack and see each new purchase without checking the SEC site. In January 2016, when JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon bought 500,000 JPMorgan shares, a feed like this would have shown the purchase within days of the Form 4.
Explain it like I'm 13
An RSS feed is like subscribing to a YouTube channel, but for a website. Instead of checking the site every day, your app tells you when something new is posted.
